Select your Application type, there will be four options available you will have to select the appropriate one which is applicable to you to Check Indian Passport Status you will have to select the first option Passport/PCC/IC.

Enter the file number (it will be printed on the receipt which you have received after you have attended the appointment)

Enter your date of birth and click on track status

It will show you the current status of your Indian Passport Application like pending for police verification etc.
